Too often people attend workshops and presentations where they get really excited about the ideas and information.  They commit to themselves that as soon as they walk out, they are going to start using this new information, working differently, being more focused and disciplined.

Well, sometimes, that works until they get home or back to the office and the pressure and urgency of the day to day takes over again.  Their ideas of change and improvement become good intentions gone up in smoke.
